Project: Adopt Konki the Kitten!
I’m one lucky and grateful little kitty! At only 3 months old, when foster mom Lisa found me on the steps of her apartment building, I was abandoned and alone with a deadly high fever and barely breathing! I thought it was the end of my short life! But with dedicated care, lots of attention and medicine, I’ve happily made a full recovery! That’s why I’m named Konki! It’s Japanese for perseverance.

Find me a home!
Now, at 5 months, I’m quite the little lady. I love shoes (at least the closets they’re stored in), long dangley earrings (so enticing!) and ANYTHING with feathers (irresistible!). I enjoy long lounges on a lap while grooming my silky black fur before indulging in a beauty nap. I even groom Lisa as she works at her computer! Can’t say I don’t help out around here!
Lisa rescued me, but she can’t keep me. She is moving in December to a new apartment where I cannot go. I’ll miss her but I’d love to live with someone who was around more during the day. I’m an indoor kitten- please don’t ever let me outside! Those strays carry a lot of dangerous diseases! Also, I need to be spayed soon. I don’t want any more cute kittens to suffer through what I did. Foster mom Lisa is asking for ¥5,000 for the adoption to help cover a tiny portion of medical expenses. PLEASE contact her soon at nekomimi_lisa@yahoo.com or lisa@nekomimilisa.com. I’m looking forward to meeting you soon and making my story a success!
